Description

It is seven miles of mixed hills, gullies, flatlands and even tree obstacles for mountain biking enthusiasts.<br />
<br />
It is the first official mountain bike trail in the city of La Porte Parks Department, and now it is open with new markings and trail guides in a collaboration between the park department and IU Health La Porte Hospital.<br />
<br />
The Soldiers Memorial Mountain Park Bike Trail (as it is officially called) opened yesterday during a sign unveiling in Soldiers Memorial Park.
